Terms of Service

1. General
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Synovanta INC, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (Entity ID: 2026-002046033; registered address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) ("we", "us"), governing your use of the aicoding.inc website, API and related services (the "Service"). You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, paying for or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://aicoding.inc/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
The Service is a digital SaaS product: through an API compatible with official formats, we provide developers with model access for AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code). The Service uses third-party AI models to generate results, including but not limited to Anthropic's Claude models and OpenAI's GPT models; the models available at any time are shown on our website. The Service is delivered digitally, and credits or entitlements are added to your account immediately after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
3. User Accounts
You agree to: (1) provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date; (2) keep your password and API keys secure and not share them; (3) be responsible for all activity and charges under your account; (4) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use; (5) not resell, rent or transfer your account, credits or API keys.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to: (1) violate any applicable law or regulation; (2) generate or distribute sexual content involving minors, deepfakes of real people, or hateful or harassing content; (3) develop or distribute malware or attack systems without authorization; (4) train models that compete with the Service or with third-party model providers; (5) scrape data at scale or abuse resources beyond normal use; (6) impersonate doctors, lawyers or other professionals to give professional advice; (7) violate the usage policies of third-party model providers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices, credit amounts and validity periods for each plan and top-up are listed on our pricing page (https://aicoding.inc/pricing). All purchases are one-time payments. They do not renew automatically, and we never charge you again without your confirmation for each purchase. Prices exclude taxes; where required by law, we collect and remit applicable taxes. Card and other payment data are processed by our payment processors, Waffo Pancake and Stripe, in compliance with PCI-DSS; we do not store your full card number. Price changes do not affect purchases you have already completed.
6. Credits, Validity and Stopping Use
(1) Plan passes (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.) provide a daily credit allowance for the period selected at purchase. Each day's allowance is valid for that day only, resets the next day and does not accumulate. The pass ends automatically at the end of its period and does not renew; (2) permanent top-up credits do not expire; (3) because there is no auto-renewal, there is nothing to cancel: simply stop purchasing; (4) to close your account, email support@aicoding.inc and we will process the request within 2 business days. After closure, your account data is deleted within 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Refund Policy
(1) 7-day refund for unused purchases: within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund if the purchased credits have not been used; (2) duplicate charges: duplicate charges caused by system errors are refunded in full; (3) outages: if the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, we will issue a pro-rata refund or extend your validity period accordingly; (4) not refundable: purchases whose credits have started to be used, purchases older than 7 days (except under items 2 and 3), and accounts terminated for violating these Terms; (5) this section does not affect any statutory rights you have under applicable law. To request a refund, email support@aicoding.inc from your registered email address and include your order number. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and, once approved, refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
8. Billing Questions and Disputes
If you have a question about any charge, please email support@aicoding.inc before contacting your bank or filing a chargeback. We will reply within 2 business days and resolve the issue within 5 business days. Charges may appear on your statement as Synovanta INC, aicoding.inc or the name of our payment processor.
9. Intellectual Property and AI Output
We or the respective rights holders own all intellectual property in the Service, website, software and trademarks. Provided you comply with these Terms and the policies of third-party model providers, you own the output you generate through the Service and are responsible for how you use it. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train any model without your explicit consent.
10. Availability and Disclaimer
We work to keep the Service stable, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, outages at third-party model providers or force majeure. The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose; you should review it before relying on it, especially code used in production. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the total amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account, and used or remaining credits will not be refunded unless required by law. If we stop providing the Service to you for reasons other than your conduct, we will refund your remaining unused prepaid credits on a pro-rata basis. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure under Section 6.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect and update the version and effective date on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally; if that fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Wyoming. Nothing in this section removes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
